We are excited to help you improve your acrobatic skills! Our system of training takes students of all levels and teaches you how to attain your goals. We use a variety of drills to help you gain the mobility and strength necessary to build your partnership into a lean, mean, acro machine!!!

Each month you will film yourself completing your training worksheet, have it reviewed by us and receive a new customised worksheet!

This plan allows you to contact us whenever you are ready for a new training session. You will receive a new customized training worksheet and review upon payment, at your convenience.

Q: What do I need to participate in the program?
You simply need an active google account and the desire to train and improve your skills.
Q: How can I apply to the program?
To apply for online training with Duo Die, follow these steps:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name training goals.
We will discuss your training options and set you up in our system.
Q: Why should I try online training?
Online training is a great opportunity to allow yourself the thought space to focus on training skills without having to think about what to train next or figuring out how to move on to the next level. Let us help you make it easier, with our custom programs we help you to build the skills that you want. We help you to take out the guess work and just get to training! Also, many students participate in online hand to hand training while travelling or living around the world.
Q: How can I contact my coach?
You can reach us directly at email@example.com. Also, once you have joined the program you will have access to our contact form that is used to review your training program. This is where you will see all of your review information from your training sessions.
Q: I'm a beginner, will this program be too hard for me?
This program will be tailored to you and your partner! Duo Die works with partners that are just getting started as well as partners working advanced dynamic acrobatics. No matter where you are in your training, the workouts will be integrated into your abilities and goals.
Q: How long is the training program?
The program will last as long as you feel that you are still receiving the benefits! No timelines needed!!!
Q: When will I receive workouts and feedback?
Monthly Program - You will submit your videos every 4 weeks for review. You decide how often you use these sessions in that time.
Caitlin & Dane will then assign you and your partner a new session.
Masters Program - Each new training block will begin after you have completed the prescribed session at least 5 times.
Q: What do I need to submit?
Nothing, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your interest and we will get you started on the program that suits you.
