Q: How often should I use the individual programs?

We recommend at least 3 times a week but any amount of time you can train will help you to make progress.

Q: I want to do the base program but don't have access to weights. Can I still do this program?

No, this program requires weights. As a base you must learn to manipulate weight. Our program is used as a way to solidify your foundations without the risk of dropping a flyer. However, the flyer program is based on body weight and is an effective training program if you are unable to access weights.

Q: If I buy one program can I buy the second one later for the cheaper price of the combo?

No, this is a one time deal.

Q: How will I benefit from this program?

Strength is one of the most important aspects of partner acrobatics and we haven't met a couple yet that couldn't benefit from being stronger. Having a set program for you to follow will help to keep you on track and motivated for conditioning.

Q: I'm a pro, why do I need a conditioning program?

This program can be used by beginners up to professionals. Everything is able to be scaled through reps or sets. As your strength and endurance increases so do the reps and sets!

Q: How quickly can I expect to receive the program after purchasing?
