Q: What do I get throughout the 4 Weeks?

These plans offer two training sessions a week for 4 weeks. Each session ranges from 6-10 drills, each of which has a recommended rep and set number to follow.  Depending on your level/goals, you can move through the program at any pace that works for your partnership! Having set training sessions allows you to focus on your partnership and increasing your abilities rather than focusing on any one "trick"!

Q: How will I benefit from this program?

These plans help give a clear path for progressive training. Consistency of training strength and conditioning is one of the most important aspects of partner acrobatics. Having a set program for you to follow will help to keep you motivated and able to track your progress.

Q: I've only just started doing acro, will this be good for me?

Building the proper foundations for your acro practice is the BEST thing you can do for yourself as you are just getting started. Having a set plan will give you direction and purpose in every training session. 

Q: I'm a pro, why do I need a training/conditioning program?

It is always helpful to have a set training plan that you can follow without having to overthink what you are going to do on any given day. This gives you the ability to focus on your partnership and how it is working rather than thinking about what you will need to do next!

Q: I've paid and can't access the site, what next?

Be aware that the only way to access these plans is with an active google account. If you do not supply this when you pay then there will be delays in getting you access to your purchase. 

Q: If I buy one program can I buy a second/third one later for the cheaper price of the combo?

No, this is a one-time deal.
