Perfect for crossfitters, movement enthusiasts and anyone interested in being upside down!

This workshop will take you through everything you need to know about how to get upside down safely and comfortably. Starting with proper wrist care, working up to shoulder mobility and strength, then working on body awareness and how to balance! These workshops offer the whole package to get you started on your journey or help you along your way, and will give you a stronger understanding of how handstands work! We can tailor this workshop for beginners up to intermediate.

Mobility

This workshop is great for crossfitters, acrobats and just your average human looking to get a better range of motion and finally touch your toes!

We offer multiple options when it comes to mobility. Whether you need upper body, lower body or just need a bit of everything, then we have you covered. When it comes to mobility we love using partners and weights. It's not enough to simply relax into a stretch, we want you to have strength there as well. The use of partners as well as weights allows you to get deeper into your stretch while at the same time giving you some resistance to work against. Not to mention its great to have someone help you get into the positions you are working towards! We are happy to work with you to help you get the most out of this workshop. Partner Acrobatics

If you are interested in learning partner acrobatics then you have come to the right place. We work with beginners up to advanced, enthusiasts to professionals. We have spent years working together and refining our techniques so that we can share them with you to help you along the way. If you are interested in learning Icarian (L-Basing) or Standing Acrobatics, we can help. We have set workshops listed below but we are fully capable of customizing a workshop for small to large groups (up to 60 people).
